Congratulations to Scribe authors Georgia Blain and Jill Stark! Georgia’s story collection, The Secret Lives of Men, has been longlisted for the prestigious Kibble Literary Award, while Jill’s memoir, High Sobriety, has been longlisted for the Dobbie Literary Award. The Secret Lives of Men has also been shortlisted for the Christina Stead Prize for Fiction in the NSW Premier’s Literary Awards, with the judges praising it as ‘a mature work from an author with a special sensibility and a comprehending, humane outlook’.
